Sarah SchwIEtz
Sarah focuses her practice on criminal and civil litigation. She represents clients in state and federal courts in the District of Columbia, as well as in other administrative and alternative dispute resolution forums. Her experience spans all stages of criminal defense representation including investigation, trial, and appeal. Her civil litigation practice spans a wide array of topics including estate and tax issues, complex commercial matters, and government contract disputes.
Sarah received her J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School. She served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board, and received the Dean’s Recognition for Professional Development. She also volunteered at the Workers’ Rights Clinic for the Washington Lawyers’ Committee.
